Can measure sulphide (Teasdale et al., 1999, Widerlund and Davison, 2007). Standard DGT holder for sediment with 0.8 mm APA diffusive gel, polyethersulphone filter membrane and a silver iodide binding layer. Sulphide can be detected by the grey-scale colour change.
